What each term comes to

Monthly rent does not move with the term. Quarterly, semiannual and annual are that rent times the matching month count.

How are quarterly, semiannual and annual terms calculated?

Amount due = monthly rent × months, with no discount. Quarterly counts 3 months, semiannual 6 and annual 12. A year of 128GB is $5,457.6; a year of 256GB is $7,352.4.

How far apart are the two monthly rents?

Processor, disks and default bandwidth match across both tiers; only memory differs. The gap is $157.9 a month. Memory is DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM and cannot be added later, so 256GB has to be this tier.

What does the monthly rent include?

Rent covers the chosen memory, 2×1TB direct disks, 250 Mbps unmetered and one IPv4. There is no setup fee. Added disks, 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, extra IPv4 and Windows sit outside that figure.

How do added disks and bandwidth reach the amount due?

They enter the monthly rent first, then the rent is multiplied by the month count. A 2TB NVMe disk is $84.7 each, up to two, direct-attached. 1 Gbps adds $245.0 and 2 Gbps adds $742.7. Extra IPv4 is $1.6 each, up to 255. Windows Standard is $18.1 and Datacenter $31.8.
